The accommodation, which has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, has been awarded Four Stars by The Scottish Tourist Board under their Quality Assurance Scheme. To help you thoroughly relax and enjoy your holiday one of the two bathrooms even features a small sauna cabin. Come and enjoy!

The Entrance: is at street level into a small hallway off which opens a small utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Also located off the hall is one of the two double bedrooms.

Double Bedroom: This ground floor front room is the smaller of the two doubles with en-suite bathroom containing toilet, washbasin, shower and 2/3 person sauna cabin.

Sitting/Dining Room: Located at first floor level this room has two windows and enjoys a truly spectacular outlook. Furnishings include two seater settee, three arm chairs, dining table and chairs, sundry small tables and lamps, satellite television and DVD player.

Kitchen: Located at first floor, behind and opening off the sitting room fitted with ample range of units. Cooking is on a full size electric cooker with ceramic hob and two ovens, one with a grill. Items of equipment include large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, etc. There is ample provision of cooking utensils and glass, crockery and cutlery for six place settings. Washing up liquid, dishwasher detergent, kitchen cleaner, cloths, scourers and drying towels are all provided.

The stairway leads out of the sitting room up to the bathroom on a half landing to the rear of the building and then continues on up to two more bedrooms on the second floor.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with toilet, wash basin and whirlpool bath tub with fixed shower above.

Double Bedroom: Having same view as sitting room with double bed, full wall of fitted furniture, dressing chest, etc.

Single Bedroom: A small single bedded room located at the rear of the building.
